Cumberland County, PA - The Cumberland County Office of Aging and Community Services (A&CS) is the recipient of the Pennsylvania Department of Aging’s 2015 Excellence in Nutrition for Older Pennsylvanians and Best Practice Award. Harrisburg, PA – PennDOT announced that starting Tuesday, April 28, ramp closures will be implemented at the Interstate 83, Route 581 Interchange for overnight asphalt paving on the ramps to I-83 South. These ramps will be closed and detoured between 9 PM and 6 AM the following morning.
