On Saturday, March 1, 2014, from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., the 4th Annual Central PA Soup Cook-off will be held at the Park Inn Harrisburg West in Mechanicsburg. Guests attending the event will receive a judging ballot upon entry and will be able to visit all of the soup vendors to taste test each of the chefs’ delicacies. There will be over 40 local amateur and professional chefs at the event with their specially prepared soups. With their ballots, guests will be able to vote for three chefs in each division. Once the event ends at 2 p.m., the ballots will be tallied and the awards for the top chefs will be presented at 2:45 p.m.
